TEAG-EnergieBanking: Your Digital Assistant for Energy Management
TEAG-EnergieBanking is a free Android app developed by TEAG Thüringer Energie AG, designed to simplify energy management for its customers. With this app, you can manage your electricity and natural gas contracts digitally, eliminating paperwork and saving time. The app enables you to perform the following tasks quickly and easily:
- Report meter readings
- Change instalment payments
- Update personal information
- View contract data, invoices, and correspondence
- Sign up for a new electricity or natural gas contract
- Switch to a new product
- Notify the company of your move
- Receive notifications about new documents through your smartphone or tablet
If you are already a TEAG customer and have used EnergieBanking via a web browser, you can now download the app and log in using your existing credentials. If you are a new customer, you can register through the app using your customer number. Once you sign up, you will have access to a comprehensive range of online services.
Please note that EnergieBanking is only available to private and commercial customers of TEAG Thüringer Energie AG.
